Tissue & Towel Solutions
With over 30 years of working with the nations largest Tissue & Towel manufactures, our roll handling experience spans the wet and dry ends, the broke pulper room, and into the converting line.
Automatic Handling’s turnkey solutions flawlessly tackle all of the unique challenges inherent to bale handling. We provide fully automatic bale management systems with multiple lane functionality, traversing destackers, and complete recipe management integration with pulpers. Our extensive line of fully automated core cleaning and broke handling technology includes roll slabbing and broke management, as well as, core cleaning, inspection, and storage. Our systems can slab parent rolls up to 140 inches in diameter, accumulate broke form pulp, and load cores automatically.

Automatic Handling’s full line of mill duty roll handling systems for pulp & paper mills are installed following the paper machines’ winder. These systems require the flexibility to accommodate rolls from multiple paper machines and the efficiency to be robust with higher cycle times.
Automatic Handling’s patented technology incorporates winder decks, axial and radial wrappers and integrated labeling systems to create a complete protective wrapping. These unique systems result in consistently high-quality wrapped rolls, regardless of size.
